    Hi Dianna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked a few of your forms but couldn't see any forms with a product list in it. Can you share with us the link to the affected form? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Also, if you can share with us more information on how you're able to replicate the issue, a screenshot of the error or a screen recording of what’s happening, it will allow us to try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Dianna,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. But it looks like the issue only happens when using Chrome. Can you confirm if you're also using Chrome when editing your form? If yes, I recommend editing your form using other browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, and see whether it's the same. Check out the screencasts below to see my results.

    My results using Chrome:

    My results using Firefox:

Can you try using other browsers first, so we can narrow down on the issue? I've also cleared your form caches from the backend.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I've used both Chrome and Edge.

Also, if possible could you help me with a custom CSS that will allow me to see the product image bigger when I click on it. I believe I already have a custom CSS, but I would like it to be the biggest possible without looking to weird

    Hi Dianna,

After doing more tests, I noticed that the form in the Form Builder page loads slowly, and sometimes, the background image flickers. So, I tried removing the background image, and the form starts to load smoothly. Check out the screencast below:

I advise resizing the background image first to make the file size smaller, and re-upload it. Let me show you how to remove it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open the Form Designer panel.
    2. Under the Colors tab, click on Remove Image under the Page Image section.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. We'll post our reply there shortly.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
