Unable to clone my form

    Hi,

I'm trying to import a form from this account to another account but it's getting an error. I'm not sure why. It's set to public and allows other users to clone (not sure if that's applicable to users on another account though).

Please let me know if I need to make any specific updates to allow cloning/importing to another account.

    Thank you!

    Hi Janet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Make sure as well that you allow your form to be cloned on the account level. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your account, click on your avatar on the top right side, and click on Settings.
    2. Click on Security on the menu on the left side. You'll be asked to enter a verification code to get into the security page, which will be sent via email.
    3. Finally, make sure that Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users is unchecked.
