I use the form for our employee applications. Once they complete the application I can print it and delete it from Jotforms. I also do not receive more than 10 applications a month so I should not exceed the 10 signed forms in the starter package. What upload space did I exceed? Is this the 100 MB? Why did it not start over at the months beginning or start over when I delete submitted applications?

Hi Brenda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our system indicates that you have already reached your account's upload limit. To free upload space from your account, attachments or submissions that come with it must be permanently deleted. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Tables, select the submissions to delete.
- Next, click on the Delete button at the upper right.
- On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.
The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, it will still count towards your upload usage. Let's continue on how to purge them so they can be freed up from your space usage. Let's do it:
- In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
- Select the Trashed Entries.
- Then, select the deleted entries
- Click on the Delete Forever button.
We also have guides on How to Delete Form Submission Data and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out. You may also consider upgrading your account to increase your limits immediately.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. I have purged all the submitted applications and it still says I have reached upload limit. Can you clarify this limit and how I can ensure not exceed it if I decide to upgrade the account?

Hi Brenda,
Upon checking, your Upload Space limit is at 0.00 B / 100.00 MB already. Your form should now be working. The upload limit on your account is based on the total size of files uploaded through your forms. You can check our guide here for more information. You can check your Account's Data Usage if you want to monitor and ensure you're not exceeding any of your monthly limits. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date, Monthly Usage and Total Usage.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
