Hide Fields When Chaning a Selection

My form requires the person to select an option from a dropdown, and based on that selection a series of fields will appear, some require a second dropdown to be answered before the additional fields below appear. Each of the selections require different items.

The problem is if I accidentally select the wrong item in the first and second dropdowns, the fields that appear will not dissapear when I go back and select the correct option.

    For example, when I select:

Music > Music Performance - I am required to input an Instrument answer and upload a video.

Then I realize my error and go back and choose Dance from the first dropdown, the "Instrument" field and the video upload field do not disappear, but the Dance requirement section appears below it.

    Hi Lauren,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set the clear hidden fields feature to hide the fields when changing the selection. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, select Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
    2. Scroll down and click Clear When Hidden under Clear Hidden Field Values.
