    Hi Walid,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If a Human Verification or Captcha appears at the end of your form, it’s usually triggered by our anti-spam system. This happens when multiple submissions are made from the same IP address within a short period, which the system flags as suspicious behavior.

To avoid this, you can try waiting around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again, refresh your internet connection, or try a different IP address. If you'd prefer to remove the captcha entirely, we can whitelist your account, but keep in mind that this option is only available for users on a paid plan. Just in case you want to Upgrade your Account, it's really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

Thank you for your quick response, unfortunately anyone that tried had to authentify as a human regardless of the ip.

    Hi Walid,

The Captcha is not limited to only the IP address. As long as suspicious activity is detected, the anti-spam security feature will automatically enable. Given enough time, once suspicious activity is no longer detected, the Captcha will be automatically disabled.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
