can you please help with my conditions setup?

I would like the field NAME OF CARE RECIPIENT to show when GETURL contains "prefill"

(hence my condition HIDE when get page URL does not contain "prefill")...(it needs to hide unless the prefill gets activated)

but I am not getting this right?

can you pls tell me what I am doing wrong?

    Hi Sylvia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can configure your condition to show the field only when the Get Form Page URL contains prefill or edit, as the field will be automatically hidden when these keywords are not present in the URL. Here's the conditional logic you need to create:

    With Prefill Link:

    Without Prefill Link:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thx but can you pls explain why the reverse would not work? Such as I set up

: if URL does not contain prefill then DO NOT SHOW ( which results that if it does contain pre-fill for it to show?)

    thx Sylvia

    Hi Sylvia,

Your condition should work as well, but the rule needs to be changed to ALL instead of ANY because with ANY the field might still be hidden if just one of the conditions is true, like when the URL doesn't contain edit, even if the URL does contain prefill.
