I would like to have 2 or more forms that update the same table. Is this possible?
The only way I can see to do this is to have one form with all the fields linked to one table, then hide some fields when published to different users, or use conditions to hide / show different fields, but this is very clunky.
Kind regards,
Linda

Hi Linda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to merge submissions from two forms in a single table? If so, that's not yet possible, but you can download submissions from two forms and export them as CSV file using the Combine Submissions app. Alternatively, you may include another form's table as a tab in your form's table. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click Add Tab.
- Select Table from the Create Tab window and then click Next.
- Select Connect to a Form and select the form and click on the Next button.
- Then, select the fields you want to add to the new table and click Create.
We also have a guide on How to Get Data From Other Forms in Jotform Tables that you can check out. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Sharing with us the links to your form and providing more examples of your flow will help us understand what's happening better.

Hi Linda! You can indeed have multiple forms update a single table by using the JotForm Tables feature with integration. Each form can be linked to the same table, and each submission will populate the table with data. For better organization, consider using Conditions to show/hide specific fields or create separate views for different users. According to , efficient form handling often requires backend organization to ensure smooth data management. This approach can streamline your workflow, just like how variety in an olivegarden menue for fast food lovers provides tailored options for every guest. source :

Thank you.
The Combine Submissions is OK, but I am hoping to be able to manage the data within Jotform.
I'm confused by the reply from rabnawazkhalol2024 which seems to contradict the advice from Jotform support.

Hi Linda,
This is a public thread, so any users can post a response. Now coming back, while the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
