This is a form were customers can enter the number of bins they have in each type.
If the customer enters 1,2,3,4 , in preview before submit we can see all the 4 entries.

    If the customer enters 2,2,2,2

Only one 2 is visible in the review page.

If 1,2,1,3 is entered , only 123 is visible

    Hi vrreporting,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If your user enters the same value in multiple cells of an input table (like 2, 2, 2, 2), the Review Before Submit page might only show one 2, because the system groups identical answers to keep the page clean and easy to read. As a workaround, you can use the Multi-Line Question element and add multiple number fields to it, instead of using an input table. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element button on the left side of your screen.
    2. Find the Multi-Line Question element and drag it onto your form.
    3. Change the main field label to fit your question.
    4. Then, click Add a New Field to add four number fields, and set a label for each one.

    Hi Lara
Thanks for your response. I tried to clone the form but received an error "
