Does Jotform have a direct HelpDesk integration?

Hi - do you currently have an integration with a help desk (for IT service requests)?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform doesn't have direct integration with HelpDesk. But you can try to use Zapier and integrate a third-party app like HelpDesk into Jotform. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
