Smart PDF Form Preview Different from the Builder

When I send the link to my form to parents, the preview of the form shows an old version of the form. I cloned to form thinking I just needed a new form but it's the same old version of the form in the preview.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I optimized the form's performance by clearing the cache. Can you ask your form fillers to clear their browser's cache or use an incognito window when accessing the form link? This ensures they see the updated version.

Thank you for responding. I just opened it up in incognito for the first time on a new device and it still shows the old form in the preview.

I checked your form and tested it on my end to see if I can replicate the issue, but the PDF preview on form load is showing as expected. Check out the screenshot below for my result:

If you're trying to update it so that the title above is changed, we have to update your form's page title. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be on your PDF Preview header in the Page Title section.
