After we have removed all users and downloaded a .zip file of our data how do we go about deactivating our account?

Hi Angela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can Delete Your Account, but that'll also delete all of your forms and data. If you're sure you want to go ahead with that, let me show you how to do it:
1. On your Account Settings, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
2. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
3. Then, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
