Responders are required to log in to Jotform to view a copy of their submission. The form is already set to Public.

Hi Sailability_Rosters,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you'd like users to review their submissions, you'll need to Assign Forms to them. This allows users to access their submitted data at any time. Do note that they will need to log in to their Jotform account to view their submissions, regardless of whether the form is set to public or private. Let me show you how to assign forms:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- On the menu at the left, click on Assign Form.
- Add their email address and select their access to Submit and View Submissions later.
- Click on Send Invitation and you're done.
Now, they can fill out the form via the invitation link and they can check their submissions anytime:
Alternatively, if you want to share the submissions table with the user, you can do it from the form tables:
- In Form Tables, click on the Share button.
- click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
- Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
- Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
Let us know if you are looking for something else.

That's disappointing. I don't expect clients to have to sign up to jotform to see their submissions.
I've worked around it by inserting the form fields into the autoresponder email.
