Thank You page redirecting to other URL

I have a seveal forms that I created and prepopulated with default fields filled in

2. https://jotform.com/243148237511149?date[month]=04&date[day]=09&date[year]=2025&auditionSchool=3-USHS&judge=2
3. https://jotform.com/243148237511149?date[month]=04&date[day]=09&date[year]=2025&auditionSchool=3-USHS&judge=3

Form 1 runs as expected - its sets it self up to return to this same form havin Audition Site and Judge remain the same -- 3-USHS Judge 1

Form 2 does not function correctly - Form 2 is for 3-USHS Judege 2 Hoever after it is filled out, it resets is self to form 1 https://www.jotform.com/243148237511149?date[month]=04&date[day]=09&date[year]=2025&auditionSchool=3-USHS&judge=1

This also happens for Form 3.

Why is this happening?

Form 2 seams to be working

Not form 3

The followin forms also redirect to another judge #

JHS Judge 1 https://jotform.com/243148237511149?date[month]=04&date[day]=09&date[year]=2025&auditionSchool=4-JHS&judge=1

JHS Judge 2 https://jotform.com/243148237511149?date[month]=04&date[day]=09&date[year]=2025&auditionSchool=4-JHS&judge=2

This one is not returning correctly

It is suppose to remain a form for Judge 3 but it resets to Judge 2

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

I also check the form and when you copy and paste the URL in the condition associated for Judge # 3 it also prepopulates the correct values. I just notice though that in the URL parameter you shared has a date value, but it's no longer on the URL on the condition. It seems like you already updated it. Can you confirm if the issue still persists on your end?
