Can I clone an approval workflow and associate it with a new form?

At my company, we have the same approval process for every form. Can I clone an existing workflow then associate that workflow with a new form? That would save time of building the same workflow again and again.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can clone your workflow easily from the My Workspace page. Let me show you how:

1. In My Workspace page, click on Type dropdown at the top.

2. Now, select Workflows from the list.

3. Now, select the Workflow and click on More dropdown on the right side of the page.

4. Click on Clone from the list

5. Click on Clone Workflow under the Workflow Settings in the pop-up window if you want to clone the workflow without form.

6. Finally, click on Clone Workflow button at the bottom.

After cloning the workflow, you need to add the new form to the flow. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
