We created an AI agent that connects to one of our forms. But we have 2 issues. 1) the form information that is submitted by the user doesn't clear after they submit and 2) the confirmation page doesn't appear.
Any fixes?

It seems that your AI agent is connected to a Jotform form, but you're experiencing two common issues: the form fields aren't clearing after submission, and the confirmation or Thank You page isn't appearing. These problems usually occur when the form is embedded into a custom interface, such as an AI chatbot, where the default Jotform submission behavior may not fully apply.
To resolve the issue of form data not clearing, you can set the form to redirect back to itself after submission. This refreshes the form and clears the input fields. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
- Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the URL of the form.
