    Hi Mandi,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I went ahead and cleared your form cache as precautions. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Also, make sure that you're form is connected to the Live PayPal account. If it's not, you can connect it easily. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to your Product List and click on the Wand icon next to it.
    2. Under PayPal Integration, click on the Connect button.
    3. Next, click the Mode dropdown menu and select Live Mode.
    4. Connect your PayPal account and click on the Continue button once done.

If you run into the same issue even after making sure your form is using live PayPal, try removing the payment integration to a different one, then switch it back to PayPal. Doing this, usually resolves the issue. You can check out our guide on How to switch payment gateway in a form for more information.
