We're not getting any emails

    I am not receiving emails and would like to know if I am on the bounced list. Please create a ticket for this issue.

    Hi icer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our Bounce List, as well as our Unsubscribe List, and your email address is not there. Can you tell us if your email address is supposed to receive Notification Emails for submissions of a specific form? If yes, can you share with us the URL of the form, so we can investigate what's going on? Also, we recommend setting up a custom SMTP with your email address. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
