I guess I didn't read all the fine print. I have been very pleased with JotForm forms and being able to easily manipulate the forms and the spreadsheet format. I was surprised when I received an email stating that I was reaching my limit on payment receipts. We are a small non-profit and will ask for payments on a very limited basis. Our dues are paid at the beginning of the year and by March we will be coming to the end of our dues period. We have two other functions during the year that we may ask for payments through a form. It is hard to justify $20 per month for the few times we would be asking for payments.
Unfortunately, I'll have to look for a different form generator that doesn't charge for payment receipts.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw that you're a Starter (Free) user. For Starter accounts, the monthly limit for payments is 10. If you're expecting to have more than 10 submissions from all your forms with payment integrations per month, then you would have to upgrade your account to increase your limits.
