The PDF doesn't match the Form.

I created a different form and I am able to fill it out from the PDF and Form(Customer Patch Deployment Criteria - Jotform PDF Editor). But this one only lets me use the "Form" and the PDF version is only displays empty sections and I cannot customize it(Customer Policy Criteria - Jotform PDF Editor).

Please ignore, I found through a different post that when I try go to create a new PDF there is a small link at the bottom to create a form and not a document. I'm good! Thank you!
