I deleted all our form submissions, cleared trash and also cleared cache; however, our submission space has not decreased. We are currently unable to take new form submissions from our clients.

Hi LotaLiving,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After you delete submissions, these are going to be stored on your Trashed Entries for the next 30 days, which will still take up your upload space usage. In order to clear the upload space, you must also purge these submissions from the Trashed Entries. It's really easy, let me show you how:
1. Click on the Three Dots icon on the current table tab.
2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
3. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to purge.
4. Select Delete Forever.
5. Select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Thank you. I have managed to delete all submitted forms from the trash as well and I have also cleared Cache, but it says we only have 98mb left still. Am I missing something?

Hi LotaLiving,
I recalculated your Upload Space and can see that it is now in good status. The Upload Space is now at 0.00 MB / 1.00 GB. Can you log out of your account and log back in and check again?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
