Hi there,
Were currently looking at your software and had a question on how data would be stored and carried through with a salesforce integration. I couldn't find any definitive answers.

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have an Object in Salesforce, you can pass the data from Jotform to that Object. You can select an action in the integration settings whether you want to Create or Update a record or Find existing record. The submission will create a contact in that Object. Let me show you:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Salesforce integration.
3. Under Authentication, click on Downward Arrow icon and select your Salesforce account. (If you haven't integrated to Salesforce before, you might see Authenticate button).
5. Then, click on Next button at the bottom of the page.
6. Under Select a Salesforce Object, select the Object you want where to pass the submission.
7. Under Create a Record, match your Salesforce fields to Jotform fields.
8. Scroll down, and click on Save.
That's it. If someone submitted your form, the submission will create a new contact inside the Object you selected in Salesforce. Check out my screenshot below:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? We also have a guide on How to Integrate Jotform With Salesforce that you can check out.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
