Geolocation and Take Photo are not working

I've created an absolutely brilliant form in Jotform (thank you for the great software) and initially it worked beautifully, but now I've found that the Geolocation widget isn't populating, and also the "Take Photo" option is now only allowing "Use Photo". It seems as though both Widgets have stopped being immediately active. I've checked API's, etc., but I still can't get them to work. Help please. I was so excited at what I created, and now I can't demonstrate it to anyone! We need it for our charity organisation in Thailand.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and tested your form as incognito and can confirm that both the Take Photo widget and Geolocation are working correctly. Check out the screencast below for my result:

I've gone ahead and cleared your form's cache. Note that for the widgets to work, permission must be granted by the end user.
