    Hi - Does this work if it is not my original form?

    Am I able to talk to someone live via phone? I have several other question on setting up my form. Thank you.

    Yes, you can clone forms that belong to other accounts as well. That is, you can clone the form a URL unless Prevent Cloning is set to No by the owner of the form from form settings:
