Hi,
We have hit a road block with our account saying that we have reached the monthly limit. I have contacted support via message which AI said that the account resets at the start of each month.
As we are only at the 9th March, and it should of reset to 0, its now saying we have already reached our quota of 250 forms which cannot be correct.
Can this please be investigated.

Hi Prue,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that you've reached your monthly Signed Documents limit. This limit refers to the use of Jotform Sign or Jotform Sign Automation in Forms. Also, your monthly limits reset every 11th of each month, that's why your monthly limits have not yet reset.
If you disable Jotform Sign Automation in your form, submissions will no longer count towards your Monthly Signed Documents limit, allowing you to receive further submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top.
- Next, click on the Jotform Sign section on the left side panel.
- Then toggle the Jotform Sign Automation option to disable it.
That's it. You may consider upgrading your account to increase your limits immediately. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
