Hi ,
I’m trying to hide Question #10 (expiration date field with day, month, and year), but even after selecting the "Hide" option, the question remains visible when I open the form.
Steps I’ve taken:
- Selected Question #10 in the form editor.
- Clicked the "Hide" option in the settings.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this? Am I missing a step or configuration?
Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Toujoursensemble,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Date Picker field below?
It appears that it's not hidden in the Form Builder. Let me show you how to hide this:
- Click on the Gear icon of the Date Picker field.
- From the Advanced tab, toggle Hide Field.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

No, I am referring to the question that comes before, where the year, day, and date need to be entered. There are two question number 10s. The first one is where I need to enter the year, month, and date, while the second one only requires the month and year. I need to hide the first one. In the image, you can see the one I need to hide.
Thnak you

Hi Toujoursensemble,
If you want to hide this field by default, there's no need to include it in your conditions. Creating a hide condition for a hidden field will do the opposite. To fix this, you need to remove this field in the conditions. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click on the field in question then select Conditions.
- You can see all the conditions that this field is added. Click on its pencil icon to remove then click on Save.
