Within my form, I have a table where I want users to input employee data:
Name (text)
Hourly pay rate (currency)
# of scheduled hours per week (number)
Contract end date (date)Is there a way to format the entries of each individual column? I'm going to want to take the results and calculate how much salary the employee is owed between today and the contract end date. To do this calculation, the numbers will need to be in the right format.
I chose the "Multi-type Columns" option, but the only choices it gives me are: Textbox, Single Choice, Checkbox or Dropdown. There are options to make the whole table Numeric Textbox or Currency Textbox, so it seems like these should be options for the Multi-type columns as well.
Thanks!

Hi Tracy,
Currently, the Multi-Type Columns option in the Input Table field is limited to basic input types like Textbox, Single Choice, Checkbox, and Dropdown. Unfortunately, specific formats like Numeric Textbox, Currency, or Date aren’t available for individual columns when using Multi-Type. A possible workaround would be to use separate form fields for each data point outside the table. This would allow you to apply proper formatting and also perform calculations.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
