My account is locked and says the password needs to be reset

    Hello,


    My account is stating it is locked and that the password needs to be reset but is not allowing me to reset it. We use this account for our day to day operations and need it for a big registration event tomorrow morning. It would be helpful for us to get back into it ASAP.


    I was instructed to contact support.
