Good morning,
I am currently using forms for camp registrations with payment integrated through Square. For the time being, I have Credit Card processing fees set to 3.2% to cover the fee. I would like to also add an ACH payment option with 1% fees, BUT how do I do so while keeping the Credit Card fees at 3.2%?

Hi Lori,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At the moment, Jotform only allows one payment integration per form, which means you can’t offer both Square for credit cards and an ACH option on the same form simultaneously. Unfortunately, this also means you can’t apply separate fees based on the selected payment method within a single form setup.
Just to clarify, are you looking to offer both Credit Card and ACH options on the same form, with the appropriate processing fee applied based on the user's selection?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Lori,
Sorry for the confusion. I have found that Jotform's integration with Square now supports both Credit Card and ACH Bank Transfer payments within a single form. This means you can offer both payment options to your users without needing separate forms. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element, on the top-left side of the page and then click on Payments tab.
2. Under the Payments tab, click on Square to add it to your form.
3. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Connect to connect your Square account (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode in the Mode option).
4. After connecting to your Square account in the popup window that appears, scroll down and check the ACH Bank Transfer.
5. Click on the Continue button in the bottom right corner.
That's it. Now your form is integrated with Square, and you can start collecting payments. You can also check out our guides about How to Integrate Form with Square and How to Enable Payment Authorization for more detailed information.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

I know how to add the ACH option. The issue is adding the appropriate percentage fees to BOTH payment options.

Hi Lori,
Thank you for clarifying that you already know how to add the ACH option and that your main concern is applying the appropriate percentage fees to both payment options. Currently, our system does not support setting different processing fees for different payment methods within a single form. The fee structure applies uniformly across all payment options integrated into the form.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
