    Dear Jotform Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to integrate ChatGPT 4.0 into my Jotform setup via webhooks. Despite following the correct setup steps and troubleshooting, I have been unable to get the integration to work.

Here’s a summary of the steps I’ve taken so far:
    1. Webhook Setup:
    • I created a custom webhook in Jotform for my form “Call Back Request For Piano Rental”.
    • The webhook URL generated by Make.com was entered correctly into the Jotform integration settings.
    1. Testing the Integration:
    • After setting up the webhook in Jotform, I submitted test data using the live link to the form.
    • Each time I attempted to trigger the webhook by submitting form data, Make.com failed to register the incoming request.
    • I double-checked the integration setup several times, ensured the correct webhook was linked, and confirmed the form settings in Jotform.
    1. Use of Webhook.site:
    • To further troubleshoot, I used Webhook.site to monitor the incoming requests and confirm that Jotform was sending the data correctly. I did see a request being logged on Webhook.site, but Make.com still wasn’t capturing it.
    1. Make.com Configuration:
    • I configured the Make.com webhook listener to capture incoming data. Despite this, no data was received from Jotform when I submitted the form.
    1. Repeated Attempts:
    • I repeated this process several times, following Jotform's integration guides and using live testing forms to try to trigger the webhook. I also tried clearing the integration and re-adding the webhook, but the issue persists.
    What I Need from Support:

At this point, I need your assistance to resolve the following:

    • Confirm if there is a known issue with integrating Jotform with third-party webhooks, particularly when using Make.com for data handling.
    • Provide guidance on what might be missing from the webhook configuration, or if there is a specific issue that could be preventing Make.com from receiving the form data correctly.
    • Assist in troubleshooting the connection between Jotform and Make.com, ensuring that data can be successfully sent and received.

I have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps outlined in Jotform’s documentation and have verified that the webhook URL, settings, and integrations are correct on my end.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter, as I am unable to proceed further with the integration.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Louie Veleski

    Hi Louie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're having issues integrating ChatGPT 4.0 with Webhooks, specifically with Make.com. Here are a few things we can check to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify the Webhook URL:

    • Ensure that the Webhook URL in your Jotform integration settings matches precisely with the one generated by Make.com, as even a minor discrepancy can disrupt the integration functionality.

    2. Check the Payload URL:

    • Verify that the payload URL is properly configured in Make.com to ensure it can successfully receive data from Jotform.

    3. Review the Form Settings:

    • Make sure that all the required fields in your Call Back Request For Piano Rental form are properly configured, and verify that there are no conflicting settings that could interfere with the webhook activation.

    4. Examine the Webhook.site Data:

    • Since Webhook.site is successfully logging the requests, review the data being transmitted to ensure it aligns with the format and structure expected by Make.com.

    5. Make.com Configuration:

    • Verify that the Make.com webhook listener is properly configured to capture incoming data, and ensure there are no errors in the Make.com scenario setup that could disrupt its functionality.

Also, could you send us a screenshot of your Make.com webhook configuration so we can further investigate the issue? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    Thank you for your assistance.

I’ve followed all the steps you suggested, including verifying the Webhook URL, ensuring the payload is configured correctly in Make.com, and confirming that the form and webhook settings are properly set up. Despite these efforts, the integration is still not working as expected.

Could you please look into this further and let me know what else might be causing the issue? I’ve attached the requested screenshot of the Make.com webhook configuration.

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Hi Louie,

Can you explain more about the issue you're experiencing when testing the integration? Are you encountering HTTPS errors or seeing any logs in the browser's console? Unfortunately, the help we can offer on this issue is limited. We cannot fully test your integration with Make, as we can only verify if the form is working with a general webhook. Based on our tests, the form was able to connect and post data successfully to our test accounts. See the screenshot below:

I would also suggest to reach out with Make.com support as your webhook falls heavily with them, they should be able to provide you with logs to learn more why the integration is failing.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
