Some not all customers when they go to submit order page gets stuck on please wait. It stays there and doesn’t kick over to process. This has happened from multiple different devices but not to everyone?

Hi delisiahbenigno,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
If the issue persists, ask your customers to try clearing their browser cache or use an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference.
