I have a Form and a Board, and that is working out beautifully. What I can't figure out how to do is notify via e-mail the submitter of the form once the activity in the board has been moved to the complete phase so that the submitter knows that the task is complete. Can you assist?
Thanks!

Hi Kevin,
You can use the comment feature in the completed task and mention a recipient via email address using the @ option followed by their email address. You can also set how you want them to access the board, like commenters or collaborators. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Jotform Boards, click on the completed task.
2. Click on the Comment text field and enter @ followed by the email address.
3. Click on the Commenter to change the access, and click on the Comment button once done.
