We are using a digital survey form alongside of a paper survey. I want my team to use the front end digital form to enter the results from each paper survey they collect. This will be in the hundreds and take several people. Last time we did this, we got error messages every few entries. I assume it's because your systems are setup top detect "robot" entries (i.e. many entries coming from a single IP...or something like that). Is there any work around for us on this? Can we give you aheads up from the forms we will be doing this with the avoid confusion?
Thanks!

Hi Matt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. CAPTCHA is automatically turned on when our system notices unusual traffic from your form, such as a sudden increase in submissions from a single IP address. Forms can only accept 60 submissions per minute. Once our system detects multiple submissions in a minute, a CAPTCHA will be turned by our system through your form. If you ever encounter a CAPTCHA issue when collecting submissions, let us know.
In the meantime, let us know if you need any other help.

Ok thank you. So that I understand, CAPTCHA is one of those security features that then prompts a person entering to confirm they are not a robot. Correct? If so...then in theory...My team could just continue entering on by confirming they are not a robot, correct?

Hi Matt,
That's right. The CAPTCHA is automatically implemented by our system if it detects multiple submissions at a time through your form. Users can still submit the form by simply answering the CAPTCHA with I'm not a robot.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
