Updating the PDF Filename sent to Google Drive

Hello JotForm Team,

Could you please help me to change the automatic name in my autosave in google drive?

The top pdf which says Subcontractor Work Order PDF, is it possible that instead of random numbers. It will be prefilled as Customer Name field located in my form?

Hi Jerico,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your Workflow, I saw that you're sending your Original PDF to Google Drive. You can change this by updating your Original PDF name. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the Paint Roller icon on the upper right side of the screen.
2. Scroll a bit down and under the PDF File Name section, click on the Pencil icon.
3. Update it as shown below and click on Apply Changes when you're done.

Do a new submission and your PDF file in Google Drive should now have the changes applied:
