Set up email notification to client.

    Hi

    So, is the AI agent only used on a website, or can I use it as part of my workflow oncea client has completed my form, I can send them an email

    Hi Nataya,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do? Are you looking to add the AI Agent directly to your Workflow?

    As for sending email after you client completed the form, we have an Autoresponder Email to send email to them. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

    I currently use that, but I was just wondering if we could use the AI Agent as part of a workflow. If not, that's fine. Just trying to figure out how to use this feature best. Thanks

    I understand that you're exploring the possibility of integrating the AI Agent into your workflow to enhance your form processing. I've checked, and currently, integrating the AI Agent directly into the workflow isn't a built-in feature.
