Trivia / egg hunt clue advancing

I am trying to make a fun egg hunt app for my kids to navigate through 12 Minecraft clues and trivia questions. In order to progress to the next egg clue and trivia the correct answer for trivia multiple choice must be selected.

I plan to do this with hiding all subsequent clues/trivia and unhiding them if the previous trivia questions is correct.

I thought perhaps using the thank you page to redirect the user to the question answered incorrectly.

I started with a card view form and am having some issues getting this working.

Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this?

The form on my account is called: Minecraft egg hunt

    THANK YOU

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We need more details about what you're trying to do. I did check your form, but I can't seem to get a full overview of your form's workflow. To my understanding, you want the user to proceed to the next page only if they answer the question correctly. But I notice in the form you have condition that redirects user to another form if the answer is incorrect. So I'm assuming you're planning to create more forms for each hint.

Instead of creating more forms, you can use the Skip/Hide page condition, to correctly jump to the hint card if their answer is correct, and skip the hint card if its wrong. But before that, you will have to disable hide for fields you've set as hidden. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the hidden fields.

    2. Then, right click on your mouse, and select Show. Trivia / egg hunt clue advancing Image 1 Screenshot 50

Now, keep in mind each card's page number, to easily set up the condition and select the correct page number to redirect users. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

    3. Now, click on Add Condition, and select Skip to/Hide a Page.

    4. Finally, set up the condition like below, and click on Save.

If that's not how it should work, you can provide us more details of the form's actual workflow, and share sample inputs, until the end of the process, so we can further check it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
