I am creating a form so that people at an event can upload their photos to share. We only do an event 2 times per year. Can I move to a paid plan for those 2 months and then go back to a free plan the other 10 months of the year. We are a small non-profit so we are always looking to stretch our money.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this is possible. You can upgrade your account to a Monthly plan, and cancel your subscription when you need to. Let me show you how to Upgrade your Account:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

When I click on the Apply page for the non-profit discount it doesn't go anywhere. I tried your chat and they created a ticket and showed me a link and that got a 404 error.

    Hi Hhfcccphoto,

I understand your issues when accessing the page to apply for a Non-Profit discount. Can you clear your browser's cache and cookies before clicking the Get Started button on the non-profit page again?

If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
