Verification email is not being received

    Hello,


    I am not getting my verification emails. I am not on the bounce list or unsubscribed list. I have added Jot Form to my email contacts. I received the email to set up my account, but I can't get the email to verify my account. I have sent a link out to customers, and they state it doesn't work and I feel that it may be due to my account not being verified.


    I need this fixed ASAP. Any help is appreciated. Is there someone on the CS side that can verify my account for me. This has become very frustrating.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform, Support. Our email log shows that the verification email was sent. I've resent the verification code. Can you check your email again?

    Thank you, however, I did not receive anything. Nothing comes to my inbox or to my spam folder.

    Hi Emily,

    Since our system logs show the verification email was sent successfully, I suggest contacting your email service provider and requesting whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and domains in their web/email host. I also recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list.

    Per my provider if I add them to my whitelist, it will block all my other emails. I don't want to do that. I received the e-mail to set up my account, why would I not get the verification email? I have added jot form as contacts.

    Can you have the verification sent to a different email address? I have tried to change it but it just send the verification to the same email address that does not recieve the emails.

    Hi Emily,

    Adding Jotform's IPs won't block your other emails. Keep in mind that the verification email will only be sent to the email address registered to the account. However, we can update your account email address for you. Just provide a new email address that you want to use for your account.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
