I originally uploaded a pdf - to start on a new form. I made a bunch of online changes, but I wanted to disconnect the original pdf I uploaded - since i was essentially using it as a template.
I went to Update the pdf, but selected start over not realizing that it would clear all the work I had previously done.. to the online form.HELP!!
Is there any way I can turn back the hands of time, and produce the version of the form that was "cleared"

Hi Ekendra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Ekendra,
Can you confirm this is the form? When I checked this form, it has no elements.
If this is not the form, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? We have a guide on where to find your form URL that you can check out.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Yes, that is the form! https://form.jotform.com/250926018450049.
Although at some point I think I renamed it to: https://form.jotform.com/hkiflow/board_trustee_profile_form
Please please help me bring the last version back to life... It took me days to create.
Thank you so very much in advance for any help you can provide!! -

Hi Ekendra,
You can upload any PDF file and revert your online form using the Revision History feature that lets you restore your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
