Hi sincitydetailing1,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked on your account logs, and your upload space is over the limit. Your upload space is 100.11 GB / 100.00 GB. Take note that the upload storage space will not reset every month, you have to manually delete the submission data with file upload. Before you delete your submission data, It is recommended to download the submission data first before deleting and purging the submission data to free up your upload space. Let me show you how:
How to download Submission Data:
- In Tables, move your mouse to the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Download All.
- In the dropdown menu, click on your preferred File Type to download.
How to delete Submission Data:
- In Tables, click on the Checkbox next to the submission data you want to delete.
- On the upper right side of the screen, click on Delete.
- Click on Move to Trash.
- Click on the Three Dots icon in the upper left corner of the screen beside the name tab, in the green navigation bar.
- On the Dropdown menu, click on Trash Entries.
- On the right side of the screen, click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.
- In My Forms, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- Go to Form Caches and click on Clear Cache.
