Earlier schedule that have already passed are showing

My issue is that on the appointment time and date, if for example the time is 9 AM and no one chooses 9 AM on let's say Monday march 7th, 2025, and the time is now 10 AM, I notice that customers can still select the 9 AM time slot even tho 9 AM has passed. I would rather it's no longer available after 15 minutes passed the hour so you can only choose the hours head like 10, or 11 AM moving forward because customers are booking times already long gone

    Hi Terrence,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean April 7, Monday? Today is April 6 on your local time. So technically, all available schedules for tomorrow will show:

Earlier schedule that have already passed are showing Image 1 Screenshot 20But yes, if appointment time have passed, those will no longer show. For example, today is April 7, 2025 9:30 AM, so the earliest schedule that will show for today would now be 10AM.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi

to make it clearer, so today's Sunday, April 6, 2025, and it's now noon, a customer comes to pick a time slot they see 12 pm and 1 pm, I only want 1 pm to be selectable and not 12 PM because that time has already passed and was not selected. I set my time so customers who book has 2 hours with me.

    Hi Terrence,

I cloned your form, and I was not able to replicate the issue. If you can take a screenshot showing that 12PM is available, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

Earlier schedule that have already passed are showing Image 1 Screenshot 30

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Earlier schedule that have already passed are showing Image 2 Screenshot 41 That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Terrence,

Great, so technically, you are seeing the April 7th schedule and mistakenly identifying it as today's schedule. If you need the schedules to show on Sunday, you can put a checkmark on it in the Appointment field settings.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
