    Hey hi team,

    Hi Mayur,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I couldn’t locate a registered Jotform account under the email address mayur.more@kcconsulancyservices.onmicrosoft.com. Currently, it appears to be associated with a guest account, which doesn’t have login credentials or stored data.

    If you have a different email address that may be linked to your Jotform account, kindly share it so I can further check the status and assist you in reactivating it if needed.
