Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The custom CSS section of the Configurable List Widget can be found in the Widget settings. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Wander icon of the Configurable List.
2. Select the Custom CSS tab.

Note that the functionalities are all the same whatever you have a Starter (Free) or a paid plan, the only difference being the limitations in the usage numbers, as shown in our Pricing page.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that Card Forms, as you did, don't allow injecting CSS code, whatever your plan is free or paid.
