I finally got a password reset link, change the password, was told that the change was successful, but the login won't accept the new OR old password. Here is a link to the form that I still need to revise:

I do not want to try to recreate this form. I just can't log in to my account where it was created.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, can you use the email address vanr*quest@vc*mail.org when logging into your Jotform account? If the new password still doesn’t work, I have flushed your login attempts for this account. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?

Hi Barb,
When I checked on the email address, barbkpraise@aol.com, it is a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account. You can use the same email address, signup to Jotform and create a starter plan account.
