Remove account suspension.

I am loan aggregator. I was creating a chatbot for my website. i need to connect borrowers with lender. so i was creating a contact form. I was not aware that i should not collect personal information using the chatbot. So kindly reinstate my account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system show that there's no Jotform account associated to the email used to create this thread. Can you share with us the correct email address linked to the suspended account? Or you can also share the link of the Chatbot you created if you're able to save it.
