Fields that are at zero on the form are showing on the downloaded submission data.

When I download submissions and there are columns of the timesheets that are at zero hours, is there a way to put a condition so they don't download? See enclosed attachment. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, then downloaded the submission data, the only column that has value is the one associated to my selected. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Are these columns have that 0 value on the Submission Tables upon downloading? Can you take a screenshot of your Submission Table so we can check? Because if those values are showing on the Submission Table, then it will be downloaded. But if it's not, then we will need to investigate further.
