Edit submission link is blank

Hello.

I have added an edit submission link in the autoresponder emails and changed the text in the form: Bokningsförfrågan RA Äventyr och Utveckling but when I click on the link in the email to edit the form it comes out blank.

I have reviewed previous issues with this and have set the form to don't clear in Clear Hidden Field Values and I have also cleared my cache. However, the form is still empty.

Hi Anja,

Yes, once you're logged in, it's easier to identify you and to be sure that we are on the same page. So, when investigating on your Autoresponder Email, I see that for some reason the edit link you set is not the one expected. Let me show you how to set it:

1. In your Autoresponder Email Content, select the text for the edit link you set.
2. In the text toolbar, click on the Link icon.
3. Then, copy the following URL:

https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

4. And paste it to the URL field

5. Click on OK.

6. Finally, click on Save, and you're done.

I have done exactly this and it still doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I cloned your form so that I can test the Edit Link in the autoresponder email. I did a test submission and make sure that I trigger the conditional logic assigned to the email. I received the email, and when I clicked the edit link, it opened my submission with the data on it. Here's a screen capture:

To verify, are you doing new submissions when testing it? Can you please test this using another browser or in incognito mode? If you open an existing edit link by putting an existing submission ID in the URL, would you be able to access the edit link submission? For example:

https://www.jotform.com/edit/{put the submission id here}

Hi Anja,

Unfortunately, when I did a test with a clone of your form, the link provided into the Autorespoder email is correct, as shown below, but it leads to en empty form, as you did. So I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
