Hi,
I created a form integrated with CRM and used API to have the form on my software.
If I fill the form directly from the link the details are reflecting in both Jotforms and Zoho CRM but if I fill the details from the API on my software it is not reflecting in Zoho CRM but reflecting in Jotforms.
How do I fix this and have the details reflecting in Zoho CRM.

After making a few tests, I was able to confirm that submissions posted through API does not trigger integrations active in the form. I was also able to confirm this through my resources. In the meantime, you may trigger webhook manually by creating an action button on your tables.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
