Issue submitting the form

    I had this reported from a client who was completely unable to submit the form. Please help.

    It keeps telling me “incomplete value found” and the date for the signature “cannot be in the past” while it’s listed as 4/3/25 which is the correct date..


    She tried 3 separate times with no success.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If so, to further investigate the issue, I cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to submit the form. If the same thing happens again, could you send us a screenshot of the issue so we can replicate it on our end? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
