This is Fidel Bryan from BF Industries. Requesting authorization to clone and transfer this jotform https://form.jotform.com/250381420724045 from my free account to a paid account under bernadette@bfi.com.ph.

Hi Philips,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once forms are transferred from your account to another account, the recipient becomes the new owner of those forms. The transfer cannot be reversed unless the new owner explicitly approves returning the forms to your account. If you're using a custom URL for your forms, it will automatically update from https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug} to https://form.jotform.com/{New_Owner_Username}/{your-custom-url-slug}. If this works for you, we’ll go ahead with transferring the forms.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Fidel,
Just to confirm, do you want to move a clone of your form to the account associated with the bernadette@bfi.com.ph email address? If so, I suggest you clone the form first and then share us the clone form link so that we can move it to your paid account. We have a guide here that will show you how to do that. However, if you want us to move the original form to your paid account, let us know so that we can proceed.
