Second page of form is not loading

    The second page of my form is not loading. I have cleared the cache as well as trying to log on to multiple browsers.

    Hi AgTotal,

    In my understanding, you want to hide all the fields on the 2nd page if the answer to Entity Type is Individual, correct? If so, you can edit your 2nd condition and remove Continue and Page Break 2 from being hidden. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover over the condition and click on pen icon to edit.Second page of form is not loading Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Next, remove Continue and Page Break 2 by clicking on the X icon.

    No, That is not my problem,


    When I fill the form in and click next to get to the second page, nothing loads except for the logo in the top. As per my screen shot I provided.

    I tried accessing the direct link to your form, but I couldn't replicate the issue. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    I just cleared your Form Cache. Can you also clear your browser's cache and cookies and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
